1、 Output of power generation equipment
According to the statistics of the Machinery Industry Power Generation Equipment Center, from January to June 2025, the production of power generation equipment in China reached 153.133 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 67.0%.
Hydroelectric units: 7.955 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 26.4%. Among them, the single unit capacity of 100000 kilowatts and above is 6.873 million kilowatts, accounting for 86.4% of the output of hydropower units; Units with a single capacity of less than 100000 kilowatts have a capacity of 1.082 million kilowatts, accounting for 13.6% of the output of hydroelectric units.
Thermal power units: 71.557 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 60.4%. Among them, the single unit capacity of 300000 kilowatts and above is 59.787 million kilowatts, accounting for 83.6% of the output of thermal power units; Units with a single capacity of less than 300000 kilowatts have a capacity of 11.77 million kilowatts, accounting for 16.4% of the output of thermal power units.
Wind turbines: 69.321 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 89.9%. Among them, units with a single capacity of 5-10 megawatts account for about 90% of wind turbine production.
Nuclear power units: 4.3 million kilowatts, unchanged year-on-year.
2、 Output of other power generation equipment hosts
Thermal power steam turbines have a capacity of 42.403 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 64.1% (including gas turbines with a capacity of 5.686 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 123.9%), of which supercritical and ultra supercritical steam turbines have a capacity of 28.04 million kilowatts; The power plant boiler has a capacity of 32.986 million kilowatts, a year-on-year decrease of 11.3%, including 23.945 million kilowatts of supercritical and ultra supercritical boilers.
The nuclear power turbine has a capacity of 2.45 million kilowatts, a year-on-year decrease of 55.3%.
3、 Export unit situation
The export of generator sets was 5.087 million kilowatts (calculated as generators), a year-on-year increase of 25.4%, accounting for 3.3% of the output of power generation equipment.
