Wusongjiang Science and Technology Industrial Park Gas Turbine Innovation and Development Demonstration Project The No.1 Small F Demonstration Gas Turbine Unit has successfully completed its trial operation
At 10:58 am on December 10th, the No.1 Small F Demonstration Gas Turbine Unit of the Suzhou Wusongjiang Science and Technology Industrial Park Gas Turbine Innovation and Development Demonstration Project successfully passed a 96 hour trial run and officially entered the commercial operation stage.
The Suzhou Wusongjiang Science and Technology Industrial Park Gas Turbine Innovation and Development Demonstration Project is one of the first batch of gas turbine innovation and development demonstration projects organized by the National Energy Administration, aiming to promote the localization of gas turbine technology and the independence of the industrial chain.
This project adopts the "Small F" type gas turbine (i.e. 80MW gas turbine), which belongs to the national batch of 80MW domestically produced demonstration units. The project has achieved breakthroughs in core areas such as rough casting of gas turbine blades, manufacturing of cold end components, and research and development of control system software, filling the gap in domestic core hot component manufacturing and breaking the foreign technology monopoly.
In order to achieve independent design and production, fully connect the gas turbine industry chain, and establish a full life cycle independent system covering design, production, commissioning, and maintenance, the gas turbine intake system supplied by Huaqiang New Energy is tailored to the technical characteristics and requirements of the project.
